Cooking Classes in Florence - a taste of Tuscany
Discover the essence of Tuscan cuisine through hands-on cooking experiences in the heart of Florence. From the bustling Sant’Ambrogio district to historic culinary studios across the city, our partner schools invite you to learn the art of Italian cooking guided by passionate local chefs.
At SiChef Florence, located in the lively Sant’Ambrogio district, your journey begins with a stroll through the historic Sant’Ambrogio market, where you’ll handpick the freshest seasonal ingredients alongside local chefs. Back in the kitchen, you’ll prepare traditional Tuscan dishes - from handmade pasta to rustic sauces and desserts - while uncovering the stories, flavors, and culture that define Florentine cuisine.

Or step inside the beautiful Pastamania Cooking School, set in a charming palace just steps from Ponte Vecchio and winner of the Viator Experience Award for three consecutive years (2023-2025).

Here, you’ll discover the joy of making fresh pasta from scratch - kneading, rolling, and shaping ravioli, tortelli, and fettuccine by hand. Guided by professional chefs, you’ll also learn to create classic Italian sauces like Pommarola and Burro e Salvia, before sharing your handmade meal and a glass of organic Tuscan wine around a convivial table.
Each experience is intimate, hands-on, and filled with warmth - an opportunity to live Florence like a local while mastering the art of Italian cooking.
Take home not only authentic recipes but also a piece of Tuscan tradition - the flavors, aromas, and stories that make this region unforgettable.
