Ciao!

Hi! I’m Jacqueline, originally from Costa Rica - a natural paradise that sparked my love for travel and authentic experiences. For more than 10 years, I’ve been living in Florence, a city that has truly become my home.

NaturArte Travel is my personal project, created with the idea of offering not just accommodations, but also genuine experiences that allow my guests to discover the magical side of Florence. With over 15 years of experience in tourism and a passion for connecting with people, I love sharing my knowledge, insights, and recommendations to help you enjoy the city to the fullest.

I’ve had the chance to travel the world and immerse myself in different cultures, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity and hospitality to every guest I welcome. I’ll be your host here in Florence, and I’m here to make sure your stay is comfortable, memorable, and full of authentic local moments.

I look forward to welcoming you to Florence!

Sustainability at NaturArte Travel

Caring for Florence and its environment is central to my philosophy at NaturArte Travel. I want every guest to experience the city like a local - which also means respecting it as if it were your own. That’s why I encourage mindful use of resources and guide my guests in following Florence’s recycling rules, so together we can help preserve the beauty of the city.

Each apartment is equipped with remote-controlled water and electricity meters. This allows us to monitor and optimize consumption, making sure energy and resources are used responsibly throughout your stay.

At NaturArte Travel, personalized hospitality is also part of sustainable travel. Welcoming each guest in person, sharing local knowledge, and creating genuine human connections are ways to ensure that your stay supports the local community and reflects the true spirit of Florence.

As your host and property manager, I’ll be here to connect you with the real Florence while ensuring that your experience is as sustainable as possible. In 2025, I completed the GSTC Sustainable Tourism Course and earned the GSTC Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism, so the practices I follow - and share with you - meet international sustainability standards.
